(For iPhone, iPad, and Mac…) It is clean and a pleasure to use. Notes and Idea CaptureĭayOne Journal – DayOne is my favorite journal app. It has one of the best and cleanest UI designs you will find on the iPhone/iPad. Ita – Lists You Like – If you just want to make lists… check out Ita. If you manage mulitple areas of responsibility or projects, I recommend Things. You get a lot of extra features, yet the UI is very straightforward. Things – If you require a higher level of todo management, Things is the top of the heap. It has shared lists and syncing across all platforms. (See here and here.) Wunderlist is a great tool because it just gets the job done, without the fluff and bloated features of many products. Wunderlist – Wunderlist has long been a favorite of mine. If you just want to keep a lot of simple lists, then check out Clear.
